"My husband Rich Garcia and I worked with Laura Chapman for the 3rd time last year to sell an unusual home in Newport News, and find a new one in Williamsburg. It was a very hectic time for both of us, as I was changing jobs and he was extremely busy with his own work projects. We will, without hesitation call upon Laura for a 4th time to work with us on our next sale and purchase when the time comes.
