Agents with military backgrounds are members of a team which provides relocating military families the opportunity to work with someone who understands their unique life-style and special needs. Our advertising in military publications generates hundreds of calls from military personnel transferring to our area. In addition, military team members travel to military stallations across the country to meet with potential home buyers before their move begins.

REO Services
The current market comprised of bank-owned properties is an unfortunate situation for all parties involved, and is increasing daily. William E. Wood and Associates has positioned itself, not only with local banking institutions but has also acquired and is actively pursuing national REO organizations. Our company currently has 19 locations with over 550 agents covering Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Each of the areas covered by our offices have agents specializing in HUD, VA and VA Compromise Sales, as well as bank foreclosures.
