When you are relocating an important client or Employee, don't send them into the jungle of chaos to find a rental. Here you'll find out about rentals, schools, shopping, road traffic and the many other unknown aspects of Williamsburg!

Our Services:

• Provide an extensive relocation package
• Plan up to 12 homes to see per day
• Tour of the area (time permitted)
• Lunch in the "Burg"
• Negotiation of the rent to your advantage
• Rentals will be gathered from many sources to include the Gazette, local rental companies (4), the MLS and RE companies.
• Attorney review of the lease
• Walk through with photos upon possession
• 48 hour follow up

Fees are expected in advance before services are rendered: $1,250 for the first day, $1,000 for the second day and $750 for a half day. If your relocation company covers your relocation expenses, please print out this information and submit it to them.
